I think it simply means South of the trend line means the price is in the BEAR domain. MTM can correct me if I’m incorrect.

Heading in that direction, but it does'nt mean we're going to plunge 40% either.

I agree about the lines. I won't be concerned until the lines connecting the last two lows takes a downslope. But, also IMO, MTM is prudent to be cautious. We've had quite an unobstructed run-up as of late.
