how about doing something more practical, and predictive, like taking the top 5 players from the current week, and using their picks in the following week as your port. it's impossible to invest in "tomorrow's winners today" without a great crystal ball! or am I just misunderstanding you, and that's what you meant in the first place?

As of yesterday my Quality Bargains port at marketocracy was up 3.6% for the week. This is more of a long-term port, so i'm not concerned about weekly flucuations.

Make that 4.2% for the week.
