Columbus, OH (AHN) – An Ohio man who was charged with double murder was put to death by the state’s regular method of execution that involves injecting lethal chemicals intravenously.
But according to officials, the condemned man sat up shortly after the poisons were supposed to have been pumping into his body, telling his executioners, "It's not working."
The Ohio Department of Corrections said Joseph Clark, 57, was pronounced dead following a second injection of lethal chemicals at the Southern Ohio Correctional Institution in Lucasville.
The execution was delayed about 90 minutes because technicians had trouble initially finding a site in Clark's arm injecting the chemicals.
Officials determined that collapsing of a vein was the reason of missed execution.
The method of execution used in all but one of the 38 US states, is under legal attack. U.S. Supreme Court has a challenge before it from Florida claiming it causes undue pain, while the matter is also before a court in California
If it is undue pain ........why dont people complain more during surgery ????Basically the convict is put under general anesthesia, just like any surgical patient, and then he is given a lethal dose of potassium to stop his heart..Much more painful things are done to people during surgical procedures......Blah blah blah ....my 2 cents worth 1

I guess it would be a little stressful, wouldn't it?
Can't you idiot's do anything RIGHT?!!!!!.... Put me out of my misery ALREADY!!!! HEY GUARD! may I borrow your Glock please?.... what a bunch of dumb A............beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
FUEL still looks bullish long term, but not doing well this week. My only loser.
TGB and EZM rocked today!
DUDE! great call on these! I'm very impressed! VTP FOREVER!!!! EZM is still getting some AH action too....jejeje
FUEL has one of the strangest charts I've ever seen. I've gotta learn how to play those spikes on this one. It shouldn't slide much lower than $3.18 before another big spike, but that's just a hunch. Good idea to keep your exposure to FUEL kinda "limited" imo. My positon ain't too big there.

My FUEL position is small. My biggest position is TGB followed by EZM.
Webs,
SPIL , EZM , and TGB are also on the top of my lists ,but some of the others you mention are totally unknown to me. I'm just guessing that the VTP values the chart at less than 15% of the total factors in selecting a stock. Am I close in this assumption?
