Comcast buyout

I read in BW today that Comcast might bid as high as $30 a share and then add on up to $3.50/share in cash. My question is, where does that cash payout go to? Do you see this buyout pushing the stock up over $30? To tell you the truth, a $30 buyout is only a few bucks from where it is now....

i made a few bucks on the disney options .. im out this wil not turn good for Disney for awhile Eisner will not reward shareholders hwo tried to oust him
