I especially like this part :
"Adjusting our model to incorporate the revised Antegren numbers, potential upside on pricing and as an aquisition target, we now conservatively value Elan at between $11,77 and $17,47. We believe that even at the upper level, the stock would not be seen as overpriced.

We therefore believe there is considerable headroom for the stock and retain our Buy recommendation with an increased price target of $17.00.
