I don't think so. The initial offering will be a very low % of shares. Hard to get and almost sure to be a good investment, in the short term.

I say down. Facebook founder to sell a chunk of his shares to cover a projected $1Billion tax that he owes. There are reports that he will excerise his options allowing him to buy 6cents per share and resell it to cover the tax.

Can you imagine having a $1 billion tax bill? I mean we could imagine it, but it wouldn't get much further than that.

Facebook IPO underwriter Morgan Stanley stopped taking inquiries last night. I've got 200 shares ordered . Don't know if I'll get any.

Once the trading goes public at 11 AM tomorrow you can get some if you bid high enough.
