Not sure, but in January when the S&P dropped below it's 30 day MA, it took about a month to go above when we had our last "pop." It dropped below it's 30 day MA the first week of May, It's still trending down and it looks like it will go a little lower. Unfortunately, all my positions are long. I do have a play in SDS that has helped ease some of the pain.
