I believe we had to get up and speak 28 times in front of the group...I've never been one to be afraid to speak to groups but it was very good practice...There were also some personal interaction exercises which were helpful...e.g. interviewing.

Basically, it was the book put into practice.

I like NVEC, have followed it off and on for a couple years but never bought any. I think it will do well long-term, but it's a vey high beta and can crush you in the short term.
