Do you ever feel that these upgrades and downgrades are nothing more than a simple way for the person or persons who issued them to make $$$$$$?
I am sure they and their friends LOAD up on LONG positions before an UPGRADE , and go SHORT or sell their positions before a DOWNGRADE
It is so transparent at times .....that it is laughable ....such BS .....no one should listen to any of them !
