LEN's loss today of "only" 4% despite the worst report imaginable shows how far the homebuilders have fallen. Little meat left on the bones.

Well...at least I never bot PRXI...But I did buy NPSP yesterday at an avg. of 4.899

The index is down nearly 58% since early February.

My guess is there's more to go yet before the bottom. Might be a good time to buy a house pretty soon—if not right now.

According to most housing experts the unsold inventory is at least 20% overvalued with 25% being a more reasonable evaluation. Of course some scattered locations are the exception, but they are few and far between.
