    WIRE Dropped 8.5%

    As I write this WIRE dropped 8.5%!
    Anybody know why?

        it has had a big runup

        after a big runup people sell.

        It is at all time highs, and some analyst just said to put it on a hold. Now how much it retreats will tell us if it has more legs. Some peeps say that the company that put the hold on has done similiar things with other stocks in the past. I read that on WIRE's message board on Yahoo.

        however, I expect to buy again, later on as it is still a strong company and the rebuilding of Louisiana is really just beginning, they will use a LOT of wire down there. Though 15.5% in a month is a tolerable gain. If we see a massive constraction in housing starts then well all bets are off.

            nice recovery

            Wire made a nice recovery today after a large sell off. Lets see if it still has legs. Would you consider repurchasing it at this price Mr. Market?

              After looking WIRE over (several times recently), I believe that it is set for even greater gains in the coming months.
              I'll admit, I missed the boat on this the first time out, but I don't think the ship is too far from the dock yet.

                      $$$MR. MARKET$$$ you are huge! I just started investing a couple of months ago and I've been doing a lot of research since then. An old guy at work told me about IBD. I recently made a quick 10% each with WTI HANS and ANDE using IBD 100 and MS Excel to filter stocks using IBD's lessons on investing. I went with 10% because I wasn't sure about 15%. I now have your process and I like the fact that you have 81 consistent 15% picks. Thanks for sharing your stock picking process with us.
